Weekly Bible Study – Acts 24 and 25

This week we’re in Acts 24 & 25 where the Apostle Paul preaches to some of the worst sinners in history, including Felix and Drusilla and Festus and Bernice.

We’ll meet the lawyer for Lysias and the Jews, examine the humorous side of Luke, and find out a bit about Augustus, the calendar, and the sect of the Nazarenes.

We’ll discuss the principalities and powers ordained by God in the government, where and when Paul might have written his “Prison Epistles”, how Claudius compares to modern politicians and how the power of the Gospel is available to all of us, if we will use it.
